rates are from rm400 for Room 3 (with new mattress - super single with additional pull out single mattress) and RM500 for Room 2 with new queen size mattress and possibly available Master room with attached bathroom to rent.
Bathrooms are equipped with brand new water heater and Long bath tub.
Utility bills are included in rental rate and there is no deposit taken for utility bills.
The condo also equipped with Sauna rooms, a very large Swimming pool, fully equipped Gymnasium and a Mini Market. As it is on top of a Hill, its very cooling at night and early morning.There is a bus RapidKL T405 connecting nearby Tmn mudun to Lrt station Bandar Tasek Selatan.
