rates are from rm400 for Room 3 (with new mattress - super single with additional pull out mattress) and RM500 for Room 2 with new queen size mattress and RM550 to RM600 for Master room with attached bathroom.
Bathrooms are equipped with brand new water heater and Long bath tub.
Utility bills are included in rental rate and there is no deposit taken for utility bills.
Cooking facilities and washing machine also provided for the tenants.
The condo also equipped with Sauna rooms, a very large Swimming pool, fully equipped Gymnasium and a Mini Market. The place looks like a mini forest as it is on top of a Hill and feels cool at night and early morning.
